Now install the SUR Tool package, this is a big package and will install many updates along with cleaning up and repairing the Windows update store.

I ran a complete virus scan – failed. As long as you have opted for a non manual update check, windows update works OK. How the hell did i not come across this article before i'll never know. Not a single Download or Install.
