I first noticed this in Office 2007. The fix described in this article works GREAT (and THANK YOU for posting it!). You may prefer the Windows 7 work around, but others of us liked the way it was. Is there a fix for this????
Only problem I have is that it's stuck over on the right-hand end of the taskbar. I have now switched to using Quicklaunch instead of toolbars on the taskbar and it seems more stable.
