If you’d like to troubleshoot this, you might want to try using a second emergency account or booting in Safe Mode. the wallpaper that caused the problem was already deleted?, you downloaded it new, renewed it as wallpaper and that fixed the problem? Reset the graphics card and RAM modules cleaning their pins with a clean cloth, check all power and digital connections, scann for virus and malware.. It’s invincible! The setting is about the same for Win 7 or 8.The wall paper was next in line..
