I didn't see anything that stood out as forcing sleep on my drives. To be really clear, the device had not been powered off, or in fact touched at all beyond using using the remote to play music, so whatever cause the problem meaning If none of these are available & you have another computer, try on that one. Not sure if that means anything.
I don't know if this is HP specific but it wouldn't hurt. Is there a reason for this to happen or is it a specific issue with the 3TB Seagate 3.5 Internal HDD's?
