I ended up formatting, re-installing Vista, installing all Vista updates EXCEPT the video card drivers. Might be some of Virus has changed the files attribute set as Hidden, and also changed the Setting of appropriate registry settings. No windows logo during boot. I never used multiple user accounts in Windows 7, until my wife started screwing up my work. I don't know why, but I tend to always format when I face this kind of situation.
